Terms of submission

Water safety application forms must be submitted to the Burnie Surf Life Saving Club Inc. within 10 business days of the scheduled event/activity.

The organising group is required to submit a risk management plan for their activity.

IMPORTANT!: The form has been configured to reject submissions that do not include a risk management plan.
