Surf Room Hire

Spectacular views of West Beach provide the perfect backdrop for a range of corporate and private functions, including small to large meetings, workshops, training events, birthdays, engagement parties, special events and more.

Please note: Requests for 18^th and 21^st birthday parties are considered on a case by case basis but are usually denied to ensure we adhere to liquor license restrictions.

Details about the space include:

• Large screen TV for presentations, a Yealink Videoconferencing Meeting board, and a portable whiteboard. 
• Tea and coffee facilities are available
• Semi-industrial kitchen known to many local caterers. (Glasses, crockery, cutlery, trays, utensils are all available.)
• You are welcome to self-cater or organise caterers. 
• Well stocked bar with popular soft drink, beer, wine and pre-mixed drinks. Affordable function prices.
• Many local bands are familiar with the space.
• We are conveniently located above 'The Foreshore', which offers all day casual dining.
• Convenient metered parking.
• BSLSC is disability accessible.

Hire rates range from $165 to $550 depending on the duration the of hire and bar requirements.
