Spectacular views of West Beach provide the perfect backdrop for a range of corporate and private functions, including small to large meetings, workshops, training events, birthdays, engagement parties, special events and more.
The space holds between 80 to 100 people depending on the nature of the function and furniture requirements.
Please note: Requests for 18th and 21st birthday parties are considered on a case by case basis but are usually denied to ensure we adhere to liquor license restrictions.
Details about the space include:
- Large screen TV for presentations, a Yealink Videoconferencing Meeting board, and a portable whiteboard.
- Tea and coffee facilities are available
- Semi-industrial kitchen known to many local caterers. (Glasses, crockery, cutlery, trays, utensils are all available.)
- You are welcome to self-cater or organise caterers.
- Well stocked bar with popular soft drink, beer, wine and pre-mixed drinks. Affordable function prices.
- Many local bands are familiar with the space.
- We are conveniently located above 'The Foreshore', which offers all day casual dining.
- Convenient metered parking.
- BSLSC is disability accessible.
Hire rates range from $165 to $550 depending on the duration the of hire and bar requirements.
